Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Group held the semester opening ceremony for 2011 International Pre-University Program at the Faculty Club on afternoon of September 6, 2011.
Mr Kong Qinghong, Senior Consultant and Ms Kang Ying Head of Teaching Affairs Office, Mr Charles, Foreign Teacher, Mr Xiao Yao, Representative from Beijing Wiseway， Ms Meng Yue, Class Teacher, 31 Students and their parents attended the ceremony. Mr Yangyang , Interntional Programs Supervisor of SJTU EDU hosted the ceremony.
Mr Kong Qinghong, on behalf of SJTU EDU, delivered a speech introducing SJTU and SJTU EDU. He also analysed the difference between domestic and foreign universities courses and the effectiveness of preparatory courses for overseas further study. He also briefed the teaching notion of SJTU EDU and Nanyang Modern Education Centre and wish all the students success.
Mr Charles gave a self introduction of his international teaching experience and promised to lead all the students to success.
Mr Xiaoyao shared his overseas study experience with the students and parents. He encouraged the students to study hard and go abroad.
