From 23 to 29 June, Students and teachers from Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District participated in the Mandarin and Chinese Culture Program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Group. They learned Chinese traditional culture, visited the cosmopolitan city, tasted cuisines with local flavor and got familiar with the customs. President Zhao attended the certificate-awarding ceremony and presented course completion certificates to all the participants.
Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District has a long history in education. The school attaches importance to Mandarin and Chinese Culture course. Leaders from the school hopes to further co-operate with SJTU EDU and make achievement for next year.
